A nice wee flat, I ate at restaurants when I stayed, so I didn't use the kitchen. Very convenient for central Hull and the old town.

Comfortable bed and a good shower in a quiet self contained flat. Very convenient location in the centre of Hull. Toaster and kettle were faulty, but I informed the landlord directly and he thanked me for letting him know. A late night check in (due to train strikes) was agreed, but it took a bit of negotiation to get it. A mixed bag - some good, some not so good.

The landlord doesn't care much about the place despite living opposite about the cleanliness of the place or wanting to clean it. Lied about cleaning the bathroom x2 times and even the third attempt to clean the bathroom was insufficient. The place was not hygienic. Left cleaner, then it had been received. I'd recommend to contact Marciono as he was unaware of these issues occurring and once understood what was happening was keen on acting and had resolved the issue the landlord of the place was causing.
