The thick stone walls and utter privacy are restorative. Situated on a peaceful river in a quaint village, the moulin is convenient to Paris by car or train. Within 5 minutes of an excellent golf course and clay tennis courts. A bridge from the living room leads over the river to island gardens filled with flowers, fruit trees, and songbirds. Renovated and added on with an architect on the interior, and professional landscaping outside. This thoughtful and well-equipped home is suitable for visits with a single person, couple, or extended family/friends. Furnished as a family home, you'll find all you need to make gourmet meals and live your best life. Teak outdoor furniture, luxe lounge chairs, Jacadi baby gear, custom drapery, and linens throughout as well as antique furniture mixed with custom high-end pieces and original art. A few IKEA pieces are thrown in.

The property is located 55 minutes from Paris, 15 min from the RER, 2h from Chambord and its castles of the Loire ( Cheverny, Chenonceau...) 1h from Orléans, 30 min from Fontainebleau, 45 min from the castle of Courances and the mill of Claude François, 45 min from Barbizon (villages of painters and many galleries). 25 minutes from Yevres le Chatel (one of the most beautiful villages in France).
10 minutes from the leisure island of Buthiers (sports, swimming pool, climbing, mountain biking). 20 minutes from Larchant and its famous walks.
At 4 km you will find the village of Puiseaux with its famous bust but also all its shops nearby.
For horse lovers you will be 15 minutes from the BO RANCH with its cozy and country atmosphere and 30 minutes from the "GRAND PARQUET" of Fontainebleau.
4km away is the Augerville golf course with its gourmet restaurant, chocolate factory, and spa/wellness area. The Fontainebleau golf course is 30 minutes away and the Cély golf course is 40 minutes away.
