Nikki thought of everything we might have needed. Clear instructions everywhere too. The coffee bar had filters ready to go AND ground coffee if you forget to bring some or grab it at the grocery store. The house is very quiet and still very close to all the fun of Burleson, even a great taco place right next door. Great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

It was a amazing little place for me and my girlfriend to stay at for the weekend, a lot of good restaurants are in walking distance. House was very nice and clean and Nikki was very friendly. Amazing place to stay at!

Loved staying at Nikki's place! It was our 20th anniversary and she added a few simple things to make our stay extra special. We even had great experiences with the walking-distance businesses we visited, which is also an important thing to consider, because even if the AirBnB is awesome, if the businesses around are subpar, it's like if you have a favorite doctor but the office staff isn't great. But specifically about Nikki's place, it was amazing. Clear instructions and tips were displayed throughout the apartment but were not obtrusive. There was a neat stash of books and games and all the comforts of home. Nikki herself was responsive throughout the booking process and the stay, answering our messages in a timely manner. We'd love to stay in Nikki's place again next time we come to Burleson for an overnight visit.

Nikki’s property was perfect. Walkable to the fuzzy taco right next door. Parking was great very clean and amazing. I was super happy. The bed was amazing. I was so comfortable. Very nice place and will stay again if I go to Fort Worth area. Also close to the interstate.

Nikki was a great host and this place was awesome for our family. We were only here for one night but the house was well equipped with things for us to stay for a long time -- a plethora of kitchen equipment and even toys that my kids loved. We appreciated that we could walk to dinner and could literally park outside the front door. The bedroom was spacious and was plenty of room for us to share with our two small kiddos who were able to sleep on the separate parts of the daybed. Nikki even came by in person to say hello and was super friendly. She was also easy to communicate with in messages as well.
