A small group of us came to Springfield for a few days for a work conference. The location was very convenient for us, although not the nicest part of Springfield. This house is very cute and the grounds are well kept. It was spotless inside and smelled of Fabuloso cleaner as soon as we walked in. The photos give an accurate display of what the house is really like. As some others have stated, the spiral staircase to get to the lofted area where the two twin beds are is rather narrow, but we were still able to get two adults and their small bags up there. One interesting aspect of our stay here was that we were unable to make any adjustments to the thermostat, which was a first for us at an AirBnB. It is passcode protected. Most of the time it was fine, but it was in the mid 30s the evening we came into town and it was quite chilly in the house. Overall, our stay was great and the space, layout, and bed options was just what we needed and came at a reasonable price!

My colleagues and I were in town for a trade show & we rented this home. It was cozy & worked well for us. The only thing that is worth mentioning is that the spiral staircase is very narrow. I am 5' 7" & 120lb (tall and lean) and even I was a bit cramped going up it. Getting my small, carry-on sized suitcase up was even challenging. That was the only surprise. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We really enjoyed our stay! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and the host had provided everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cute and modern. I only rented the house for one night and I was very pleased.
