Melisa was a great host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her home. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

Melissa was very attentive and responsive. We attended a family reunion nearby, and this house worked out great for us. We had a (3) month old and a 3 year old, the playroom was extra helpful for our 3 year old. Nice open floor plan between kitchen and living room, and the 3 bedrooms were comfortable for the 6 adults.

This is an excellent place to rent. We are originally from the area and her location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and family. Melisa is a great host who responds quickly, and also left us some European candies, very thoughtful-she even indicated they had nuts in case of allergies. Her home is just like the photos, which was appreciated. Very modern and comfortable. We look forward to coming back if the opportunity arises!

We felt like home we stayed at the house for some reason to do in utica and it was soo nice and good staying there!! Hope to get another chance to visit again.
