Anna's place is very comfortable and unique. It is close to good restaurants and coffee shops. I recommend this place because Anna is very responsive and Alberobello is an outstanding city.

La casa molto bella ben curata e in ottima posizione però attenzione vi e’ indicato 2 camere ma se volete usufruire delle 2 camere a quindi dei 2 letti, perché amici e non coppia , vi chiede un supplemento che non era indicato da nessuna parte. Bisogna essere precisi perché la scelta e’ ricaduta su questo appartamento proprio per le 2 camere altrimenti vi erano alloggi più economici con stesse caratteristiche .

La casa es súper linda, prolija, limpia y amplia. Esta bien ubicada. Las recomendaciones del host sobre lugares para visitar y comer fueron súper útiles! Muy recomendado el lugar para hospedarse

This apartment is aesthetically pleasing and clean. That is all. Anna is very rude and will talk down to you. We had so many issues during our stay. We arrived during a huge festival that was not mentioned to us prior to arrival. We were lost walking with our luggage roads blocked and Anna said she didn’t know how to help us. The AC does not work. We messaged Anna multiple times about it but she said she was out of town and finally stopped by to help us fix it the last night at 10pm. She said it was fixed but it never turned on and it was a sauna. There are heated floors that continued to turn on too. There is off street parking about 10 min walk away and free IF you can find a spot. We never did and paid to park. Anna has a parking spot right outside but said we could not use it because we are not residents. Communication is terrible and Anna does not help - just yells at you and makes you feel small. I do not recommend staying here. She was difficult to work with and made stay bad.
