Enjoy a wonderful stay in our lovely apartment located on one of the most beautiful streets of the very city center of Reggio Emilia! The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all you may need during a short stay. There are two parking lots close to the building, walk anywhere and forget about your car! It takes just a few minutes to get to Unimore University, Valli Theatre and all the city center restaurants. Great option for both vacation and work trips! The apartment is well designed and organized on two levels to offer the best possible stay in Reggio Emilia to our guests. A Lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed and a washer-dryer will be waiting for you on the lower level. A beautiful bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor will be the right choice to have some rest. Get from one floor to the other in no time thanks for the internal spiral staircase! Plenty of room to relax, work, cook and enjoy the warm feeling of a charming home while travelling.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico! Andrea si è dimostrato estremamente preciso e attento. La posizione del luogo è centralissima, il che rende estremamente comoda la visita alla città. Gli interni erano impeccabilmente puliti e i letti comodi. In sintesi, non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio: è andato tutto benissimo.
La casa era totalmente in ordine e molto bella con accesso a tutto il centro, fermata bus, supermercato, pizzeria, ristorante, tutto come si vede nell'annuncio, l'appartamento è uguale, mi piace tutto
L’appartamento si trova nel centro storico ma con facilità di parcheggio a pagamento vicino, parcheggio a cifra onestissima per un centro storico, la rotazione permette di avere 15 minuti per carico-scarico gratuiti. Andrea ha fornito informazioni chiare e precise. La casa è tipica del centro storico italiano con un ottimo restauro comodo e moderno, è ben accessoriata e funzionale come da descrizione. Sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi molto, molto carini, oltre a supermercati vicino, per noi che abbiamo dormito solo una notte è stato tutto molto comodo. Noi abbiamo pernottato per un concerto a Campovolo ed è stato molto comodo raggiungere la Rcfarena in pochi minuti di macchina. Ringrazio Andrea per tutto il supporto e gli auguro un super futuro da host. Consigliato.

The property is located in the very center of Reggio Emilia, the heart of the city. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, pizzerias, timeless and new age art, fashion, and stores. Lovely cafes and the public library are right by. You can easily find your way around Reggio, walk anywhere or hop on public trasportation in no time!
Reggio Emilia is a small city, you can walk anywhere or rent a bike at a local shop to have a full Reggio experience! There are two parkings near the apartment, you can also catch a bus to get around the city from the early morning until 8 pm. Reggio has two train stations, one is right by the city center and it's mainly for local commutes or national rides on slower trains. The High Speed AV Station is located a little further out of the city center but you can get there by bus or taxi in no time. Almost every bus line stops in Caserma Zucchi, the main bus stop in the city center.
