We had a great experience at Joe's place. I would say the layout is a little unconventional because you have to go through some rooms to get to the others. If you're a friend group that is comfortable with that, it's not a problem. However, if you're looking for some privacy, this room setup doesn't really allow for that. Otherwise, the house is comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful location. Seeing the sunset from the roof deck was something special. Joe was very communicative and easy to reach!
