Perfect apartment for the whole family. It is an entire apartment located in the heart of Chillos Valley, 20 minutes away from Quito. It is located in a house that is inside of a private neighborhood with security guards and cameras 24/7. Inside the neighborhood, you can enjoy the green spaces, basketball courts, soccer fields and outdoor gyms in the two existing parks. Besides, there is a river side walkway in the back side of the neighborhood. Enjoy just a few minutes from Quito. The apartment is located in the first floor of a house. The private parking is located just in front of the apartment. The apartment is 2000 sqft. It has two bedrooms with entire bathrooms in each one. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed, and in the other bedroom, there are two individual beds. The apartment also has its kitchen, living and dinning room with a social bathroom. There are TVs in the master bedroom and living room. These Tvs have access to Netflix, HBOMax and DirecTV. In the kitchen, you can find refrigerator, oven and microwave. There are also glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking tools. Inside the property, but outside the apartment, there is a shared laundry room with a washer where you can use it when you need it. In the living room, you will find a complete guide of the amenities of the neighborhood and the interesting places to visit near the location of the apartment.

Una excelente opción, tranquila y segura, para hospedarse. El lugar estaba muy limpio, acordé a las instrucciones, y Carlos estaba al pendiente para ayudarnos en todo lo necesario, cumpliendo con todo lo especificado y siendo flexible en lo que estaba a su alcance.
We are a Finnish-Swedish family of 5 we stayed for almost 2 months everything went really well. The place is nice and very secure our kids even went to school, to go there you don’t even have to exit the gated community and it is the most exclusive school in the valle de los chillos, they learned to speak spanish there. The host family is super helpful and helped us with anything we could think of and more. There is a really good fruit store just down at the barrio like 3 minute walk. The location is central to move with car and for us the bus stop wasn’t too far either (10-15min walk) in side the gated community there are nice parks and it is very safe. In general the whole valle de los chillos is very safe we never had any sketchy moments and we are a nordic family with everyone except me with natural golden blonde hair. The climate is also much better than Quito rains less, but it is not dry as Cumbaya valley. We really loved our stay and the host family became our trusted friends!
