There is the tube station nearby (15-20 mins walk) called “Watford Station” on the Metropolitan Line, which will take you to Baker Street or some other central locations in approximately 40 mins. There is also the London Overground station nearby (10 min walk) called “Watford Junction”. From there you can either take a slow (normal) train to central London (around 1hr) or a fast one - it is around £13 for a return (both ways) ticket and will take you to Euston (the heart of London) in 17mins.
