We stayed for 4nights. It's a nice apartment in good size. It's on the main street in Old town so keep it mind that it's loud till around midnight. Perfect bathroom with all amenities need. In the kitchen enough plates and bowls but only two mugs. The host is very helpful and friendly & quick to respond when needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Easy to find , clean and spacious apartment , no complaint but just few more cups to add as there were only 3 cups in the kitchen, thank you and we are definitely will be back .

We had a lovely time at Zaneta’s AirBnB over the May Day bank holiday weekend. We came down for the Jack in the Green Festival, and being on George Street you were right in the centre of all festivities! Really amazing atmosphere, and the house itself was beautiful and very clean and tidy. Similar to most Hastings Old Town places we’ve stayed before, the building is on the older side which means the windows are quite thin and you do hear a lot of noise from the street and Tapas Bar below - but, as we were there to celebrate we didn’t mind it too much. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs up to the flat are quite steep and narrow, so be aware if any future guests have mobility issues. The hosts are so friendly & are always available to help with any issues which was amazing, very quick responses to any questions, and even got us back in the flat within 5 minutes of when we realised we had locked ourselves out! Overall, we loved our stay, and will definitely be back!❤️

The host is very helpful and responds very quickly, so thank you for that! The oven fan didn’t work, however the host did offer to send out a maintenance person! The noise that is described as ‘ambient’, is most definitely not ambient you can hear peoples conversations, shouting and swearing until around 2:30am. There was 1 mug and 1 small cup for hot drinks! As well there were nail heads sticking out the floor boards in the kitchen so with a toddler this was unsafe and had to keep them out the kitchen area. Also the parking is no longer free it was permit parking also the car parks are now £11.90 for 24 hours, which staying for a week this soon adds up. The overall cleanliness was very poor cobwebs and stains of sofas and beds, We ended up leaving early as being a family with 4 children it definitely wasn’t sufficient, we did look into finding alternative accommodation but we couldn’t afford this as well as the entertaining the children in the day!

Great location and has everything you need for a home away from home I would caution those staying over the weekend as the Tapas bar that's beneath the flat seems to turn into a nightclub on Friday/Saturday nights. Our first night was fine but Friday night the music didn't stop until 1am. We expected some noise with pubs and restaurants around but this was excessive.
