A very spacious place. Not all Air BNBs have what Nick’s does, including a Living Room, Washer and Dryer, and multiple beds if you have extra guests staying with you. Close distance to downtown, airport, etc. I’m very thankful of the hospitality that I was shown as well. Thank you!

This is a nice little addition to the main house and the hosts were perfect. We showed up in saltlake for a concert never saw them. Had no issue getting in. Layout was self explanatory, clean enough, and the right price. After the concert we didnt show back up until midnight, high on hallucinogenics, and camped out in the back yard on the patio furniture and laughed until 3 am an never recieved a complaint from the host! Great little place to crash.

Nick was a great host! Place had plenty of beds for the me and my two friends. Check-in took awhile cause we had the wrong lock code but Nick came and helped out ASAP! Super close to the airport so we made it in time for our flight early in the morning. Wished we stayed longer but would love to come back again!

The place was okay, besides the fact random mouse traps around so current mouse issues, then as well upon arrival looked around in place there was cocking on counters poorly wiped as well floors were nit swept if they were not very well had to sweep the floor myself before outing any of my belongings in the place due to fingernail clipping s or someone who chewed their nails off an someone else's hair then before showering there was mold in shower area then there was laundryleft in dryer.and bedroom was like they did not finish putting the bedding on as the twin beds only had sheet materials on but no blankets. .could of been nice to have the guests who pay park in drive way for conveniency as well. but other then that nick was a fairly good host quiete while we stayed while he was on the other side of the door. great backyard area gated.
