All good,the place was clean and we enjoyed the heated pool. Just need to inform guests that going inside will be a challenge since road is not cemented and the kubo was a bit small for 4K a night.

A few things that explain the rating: 1. Smelly bathrooms 2. Noisy rooster all night long and caged dogs that they don’t let out bark 3. Staff doesn’t speak english 4. Terrible breakfast (eggs and rice is the only option. They will charge extra for additional egg or refill of small coffee cup) 5. Unable to organise a tricycle 6. Inappropriate knocking on our room door early morning or at night 7. Staff consists mainly of giggly teenagers and no idea of what to do around the area 8. Way too expensive for what you get 9. The hut is extremely small (slightly bigger than the bed but the pictures are misleading) Nails coming out of the bamboo too. 10. 1 single blanket for 2 people 11. No mosquito nets (and holes in the cabana so if your light is on, they come in)

The place was nice and staff were very accommodating. They have cafeteria that’s 24/7 open. Everything that you need is there. My only feedback was smoke coming from the end corner. They kept it the entire time! I wasn’t able to get a good nap because I inhaled it every time. When my husband and I got home all of our clothes smelled smoke as if we went to a barbecue house. The area assigned to us was the worst. It was private yes, but the SMOKE PLEASE. At least they should have explained why they kept the smoke up from the time we check it to check out. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our stay was a spur of the moment thing so when I saw a vid-ad from tiktok I immediately booked the place but Josiah quickly informed me that the date and room had been booked by somebody else from fb. I was about to cancel our trip but Josiah was so kind to offer us a different room for the same day without additional charge! He basically gave us an upgrade 🥰 The place is very peaceful, private and calm, romantic too! The heated pool is the best! The service was great. Will definitely come back ❤️
