The hotel is very well located in Geneva near the train station. My stay was pleasant, I could do an early check-in, and the administration answered any questions immediately. The main entrance is not very friendly for wheelchairs as the ramp has a steep angle. But I must admit, I'm not with a disability and didn't search for possible other entrances.

The stay was as-described. Check-in was easy, the reception staff was efficient and multilingual, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in an absolutely impeccable location that is hard to beat, being directly next to the train station and public transit; but, that comes at the cost of a lack of aesthetics that some of Geneva's more charming neighborhoods offer. If you're looking for convenience, this stay is for you, but if you're looking for charm, this may not be for you. The stay came with a Geneva public transit pass, so make sure to ask for that upon check-in. My nightly rate was decently less than other hotels in the area, making this stay, overall, incredibly worth it!
