Needs maintenance updates, was charged $150 per day on a hold witch was fine but once I checked out was charged fees that I didn’t charge to room , so be aware of the hold good chance you won’t be getting it back , still haven’t received a final receipt that the front desk claims that she emailed me twice. And my opinion it’s not really an Airbnb. It’s the hotel renting the rooms , stood her once at a actual condo owned by someone which was great, but I don’t recommend the hotel rooms they’re out dated and they charge you the resort fees and whatever else they could .

I had booked for two nights at the Boulan hotel through an Airbnb. As my Jetblue flight was abruptly canceled due to 'mechanical issues' from the airline, my flight was postponed to the next day. I promptly noticed the host on the AirbNB app to no response I asked if I could add an additional night as my flight was pushed back to the next day....again, no response. When I finally arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation, which I had fully paid for, had been completely canceled. I love the hotel, love the location and the cleanliness of the rooms as I have stayed here before, but the communication was absolutely non-existant.

AC and fridge were broken … never answered or responded to fix it until 10pm the night before we were leaving.

You will love everything, you also close by the beach hookah lounge food places etc
