A spacious and inviting three storey villa featuring three bedrooms with Seaview, accommodating up to 5 guests. The villa consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one room with two single beds and one with a sofa bed along with one full bathroom with a bathtub and WC. Among other amenities included are Free Wi-Fi, private parking in the premises, air-condition and a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine is shared with the guests from the villa next door. Terra Rossa Villas with Seaview by Konnect, located in Spartylas a village on the southern hillside of mount Pantokrator, with Seaview is the perfect peaceful location to spend rejuvenating and relaxing moments. Both villas are ideal to accommodate couples and families as they feature a spacious furnished outdoor garden area. Their location makes them suitable for an easier explore of the southern side of Corfu when Ipsos village is at 3 km distance and Barbati village at 2,5km distance with restaurants cafeterias and shops. Corfu town is at 18km distance.

my family and I stayed at the villa for 7 nights. I cannot recommend it enough! it's beautiful, very clean and private yet 5 min drive to ipsos. the kitchen is very well equipped, it has absolutely everything you'd need. and last but not least, communication with Chrisa and Sevina was excellent. they always replied on time and were very helpful when we needed something. we'd definitely go back again!
Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Aber die Bilder entsprechen nicht unbedingt den Gegebenheiten. Auf den Bildern sieht man einen großen Balkon mit Aussicht auf dem ein Trainingsgerät steht. Dieser Balkon wurde 2/3 Drittel zu 1/3 Drittel durch einen Holzzaun getrennt und man hat jetzt nur noch einen kleinen Teil zur Benutzung auf dem kaputte Möbel stehen. Einen schönen Ausblick hat man von dort aber man fühlt sich eingesperrt und man hat keine ordentliche Sitzgelegenheit. Das Trainingsgerät steht nun in einem Schuppen, in dem es keine Klimaanlage gibt und alles mögliche abgestellt wurde. An Training ist hier nicht zu denken. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben sollte es auch einen Fernseher mit Netflix geben und Dolby Sorround, wir hatten uns schon auf einen tollen Netflix Abend gefreut, als wir feststellen mussten, das der Fernseher gar kein Netflix hat und die Dolby Sorround Anlage nicht funktioniert. Fazit: Schönes Haus und wer auf alles andere verzichten kann ist hier gut aufgehoben.
The place was amazing. Great view, big house with modern look and feel. All required amenities were there with a lot of extras. Clearly someone could live there and enjoy his stay. The only issue was the parking. It's not suited for larger cars or SUVs. There is a steap downhill where you must stear and maneuver perfectly. It's doable but extreme. Also, to get to the place, you must climb a narrow road with extreme curves with almost no visibility. But when you get to the place, it is worth it.
Amazing place with a wonderful view. The theme and design of the home is nice as well. Staff had everything ready and clean for us.
Nous avons été les premiers à séjourner dans cette maison et notre séjour a été plus que parfait ! Nous avons été accueillis par Sevina, une jeune femme adorable qui a su se rendre disponible et nous mettre à l’aise. La maison est idéalement située, les différents espaces sont bien équipés et bien entretenus tout ça dans un quartier hyper calme. Nous avons eu une multitude de petites attentions partout dans la maison qui ont rajouté un vrai bonus à la prestation, tout était PARFAIT! Le grand jardin a l’abri des regards, la vue sur la mer et sur le centre ville de Corfu ont rendu le séjour encore plus magnifique 😍
