Sparkling clean, the Freda mural is spectacular, and the views remarkable. Managment was quick to respond every time. For a short stay, this place is great. It is, however, not set up for long term stays. Available outlets, simple kitchen items, counter space in bathrooms, getting water, getting rid of garbage, having laundry done were constant hassles. The coffee shop advertised on the first floor was never open. Be careful to note fees under "house rules," they charge weekly for cleaning and there is a per kw charge above a certain amount using the AC. The first two weeks I couldn't cool the place to 24, but then they put shade on the some windows and I stuffed towels under doors, and it was comfortable. The pocket door is not soundproof, and closing it cuts off the AC. The sofa bed is not comfy. All that said, I recommend this place for a short stay quite highly, the place is nifty in design and the managers kindly communicate in English. And so clean!

So the whole experience was a mess; not everything's the host's fault but here are some of the UNACCEPTABLE things we experienced: 1. Shower DOES NOT WORK AT ALL, had to shower at a friend's house 2. No running water during the las 36 hours of our stay 3. The main door DOES NOT WORK, we found out at 12:30 at night. We were lucky to be let in by another guest we ran across. The suggestion from the host? "There's a key inside the apartment you can use". Well that won't work since I can't get in will it? 4. There's a rooster in the neighbour's house that starts going at it an 3:30 in the morning EVERY SINGLE DAY 5. No shampoo which was not an issue since the shower does not work 6. A/C turns off by itself at night for some reason (it doesn't have a timer on or anything)

Nos gusto mucho que la llegada fuera de forma autonoma, con un par de codigos puedes llegar directo al departamento, la zona es muy tranquila, y tiene conexiones con vialidades rapidas muy cerca. todo muy limpio, ordenado y decorado con muy buen gusto, la comunicación muy efectiva y con instrucciones claras.
