The beach house is a 2-minute walk going to the beach. As you go to the beach, you'll walk on a road with Pine trees on the side. There are also nearby private beach houses around the neighborhood. The beach sand is light grey & black underneath. There are no big rocks on the shore. The sunset view is very delightful too.

There is an allotted parking space outside the premises. Spacious enough that even buses can fit in. Our beach house is the first property you'll see when entering the subdivision. You'll need a car if you wish to go to the highway. There are restaurants, markets & groceries nearby but you'll also need a car.
