The place is great, my sister's family enjoyed their stay. Emy's place is located at the 2nd floor which is very convenient for my sister and their kids. The hosts are very responsive especially Ma'am Emy, she gave clear instructions, they also help with the reservation of the parking space on behalf of my sister. Thank you so much and next time we will stay there again 😀
Nice and cozy but was disappointed and dismayed on the unexpected rate that was demanded as parking fee amounting to 350 per night even though parking spaces are still available. What was posted as rate for the parking fee only amounted 10 pesos. I hope this will be resolved.
Will definitely stay again in my future visits in Davao.
The unit was clean and what I like most is it has available water dispenser and has water delivery service within the condo area. Host and caretaker was very responsive. 💯

📍If you have a vehicle that you wish to park within Arezzo compound, there is a parking fee of PhP 10.00 per hour. You can coordinate this at the Guardhouse or to any Guard who is assign in Building 7 (where the unit is located).
📍If you have a vehicle and you don’t intend to park overnight and is only wanting to drop-off a passenger, you can tell the guard at the gate that you’ll only dropping off a passenger.
📍Short time parking is allowed for 1 hr at the front of the building just ensure to turn on your hazard light.
