Great neighborhood really peaceful and also private! Claudio and his mom are really nice and friendly, I had a warm and welcoming conversation with his mom and she made me feel at home👍🏻 Everything is very organized. The fridge is divided on two parts for the different rooms and the same for the areas for the shower. I stayed in the bunker bed bedroom and the balcony area is so nice and has a great view. I haven’t had a balcony view in a long time. The air comes in really nicely and it’s very refreshing. I would recommend 100 percent! Also very close to the bus stop, if there is no traffic you can get really quick to the arena or the train station. There is also a super market and restaurants nearby where you can eat!

Loved staying at Claudio’s accommodation. Claidio is friendly and helpful; the accommodation is clean comfortable and was absolutely ideal for my stay. Highly recommended.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Claudio è stato meraviglioso. Sin dal check in ho notato che era una casa accogliente e lo stesso Claudio mi è apparso disponibile per ogni richiesta. La stanza era in ordine, pulita e profumata. Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare quando non c'era nessuno nell'altra stanza, quindi in pratica ero completamente da solo in una casa spaziosissima e fornita di tutto. La madre di Claudio l'ho intravista solo per pochi minuti, ma è una persona adorabilissima. Spero di avere la fortuna, nelle prossime settimane, di soggiornare nuovamente da Claudio. Ovviamente sia lui che sua madre saranno i benvenuti nella mia casa in campagna in Puglia!

Claudio's place was the perfect stay for me! He speaks perfect English, so was easy to communicate for asking directions and suggestions of places. Everything in the flat was extremely clean and nicely arrange for the most comfort! everything look exactly like in the pictures, and on top, there's a common kitchen with a fridge, washing machine and basic tools for preparing your own food if you prefer that. I specially liked that he had everything nicely labeled to make it easier for when there are 2 guests at the place at the same time. There's an amazing local bakery (10 min. walking) for a perfect Italian breakfast (delicious!) and a bus stop right across the street to take you to the center, so the perfect start of the day! I think is a really nice option for getting to know the local culture and enjoy the beauty of Verona, outside of the "typical tourist" perspective! Very recommended!
