We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Apple Valley and this cozy home with spectacular views of the mountains. We drove to Zion and many other hikes in the area and enjoyed the beautiful views and activities available in the area. We drove to Sand Hollow for a swim and enjoyed the state park there as well. The home has many nice amenities. Upstairs, though small, is cozy and has beautiful views of the mountains. Downstairs has a bedroom as well as extra beds and the larger bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and Sauna. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and Foosball in the recreation room in the garage. We cooked meals most nights at the house as there are not many restaurants in the local area but we did find a very good pizza place and coffee shop in Hurricane. St. George is a 40 minute drive and has more options for dining and a pretty downtown with a nice art museum and shops. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone interested in visiting Zion!
Wonderful home for a family or group of friends. The home is about a 15 minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, and 45min in either direction to Zion. The neighborhood looks questionable as you drive up, but the property is well maintained and in the inside of the home is in excellent condition and well designed. The home had everything you’d need. Everything worked as expected. The game room and hot tub were the highlights for our family. The home is privately owned, but managed by a property management company (Evolve). The company does a great job to ensure the essentials are included in the home.
Home was spacious and nicely decorated. Garage was set up as game room with various games for family to play. Would definitely recommend this home to stay in.
Place is nice and comfortable, great view and private. However there are TOO MANY rules that are not written in the listing. Even though the property was clean, they charge for a cleaning fee and expect lots of steps to clean before guests leave the property which are TOO MANY for being charged. Overall I would say it’s a good place to stay if Springdale or closer town is fully booked / overpriced.
