Hi! My name is Jo Carpenter and I am so happy to meet you! I have been managing properties since 2015 and absolutely love it and my customers! I sorta stumbled into this profession after leaving "corporate America" and venturing out into the unknown with my wonderful husband and business partner - but I must say I wouldn't trade it for a minute! A good day for me is a satisfied and happy guest! A great day for me is a return guest! I will do anything I possibly can to help you make your stay with us one for the memory books! If you are celebrating something special - please reach out and let me know how I can help you make it fabulous! If you need groceries picked up from Kroger and delivered to the cabin before your arrival - please let me know. We want to earn your business and your trust. I am local and very responsive - I can be reached anytime by phone or the Airbnb app. I am a short 20-minute drive to the cabin and I am typically in the area every single day.
