Cozy 25 sqm studio apartment, located on the ground floor of a modern building with lift. The property is located near via Libertà, in a context full of restaurants, bars and shops! A stone's throw from Notarbartolo Station and the English Garden. Very well connected with the rest of the city and with Mondello thanks to buses 806 and 101 (stop 5 minutes on foot). Less than 20 minutes by car to Mondello. ****Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request**** The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with sofa bed for two people; - KITCHENETTE with two induction burners, mini fridge, kitchenware and dining table for two people; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, moka, wine glasses, drying rack and hairdryer, cot and high chair. Linen and towels included. PLEASE NOTE: there are internal steps to access the bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: there could be some noise during the day due to renovation work underway in the apartment on the upper floor.

Slaapbank is super hard. Ik ben omgekeerd gaan liggen anders had ik een plank in m’n rug. De wifi deed het niet. Meermaals contact gelegd met host maar kon niet helpen. “Wist het dan zelf ook niet”. Veel geluid van buren en straat. Het was voor de rest prima maar aan de dure kant voor wat je krijgt

Wi-Fi non funzionante malgrado abbiamo contattato l’host non è stato risolto il problema. La trapunta del “letto” da bianca era diventata grigia, probabilmente non veniva lavata da settimane. Divano adibito a letto più che scomodo, in 3 giorni non abbiamo riposato per nulla. Oltretutto il palazzo è rumoroso e poco rispettoso, anche in giorni festivi si sentivano lavori in qualche appartamento anche alle 7 del mattino

Disponibili e cortesi sia al check in che nella risoluzione di piccoli disguidi. Ottima la posizione , piccolo l ambiente ma dotato di tutto quel che necessita in un breve soggiorno.

Small room, but fine for what it is. Need to submit personal information and passport picture to another portal, which isn't so customer friendly. Toilet started leaking on our second last day, wasnt fixed when we left. Great gelateria just outside the door.
