Great spot to relax and over look the inlet!! Neighbours were quite! Gardens were nice and maintained and birds were coming in every afternoon for a feed of bird seed that you have to give them. Would be a cozy place in winter to with the woodfire available 😊

Have stayed in the unit below before, so knew the location and view was unbeatable! The house/top level was beautiful also; amazing big deck overlooking the lakes, sun lounges, such a peaceful spot (despite it being busy in town), kitchen had everything we needed and more, comfy beds & good shower - will definitely be back to stay.

Coota views is a wonderful holiday destination. There’s always plenty to do and see in Mallacoota and Lily’s place is a fabulous base from which to explore. Great facilities especially the kitchen! Lily is friendly and helpful. ( even advising us of early check-in availability) It was a pleasure to meet her and her husband, Don. Thanks for a wonderful holiday experience.

Nothing is absolutely perfect so I can’t give “Coota Views “ 10 but I can give it 9.75.! We run a five star accommodation business in Williamstown so I know what quality is and this was quality plus. Beautifully fitted out, bright, very comfortable beds, quality appliances, crockery and cutlery, immaculate bathroom, great art work, large balcony with a large bbq and comfortable outdoor furniture, great views-I don’t what else than I can say except that Lilly was a very attentive and friendly host. Like the rest of the State, Mallacoota had a 24 hour black out. Without me asking, Lily brought a large thermos of very hot water and a bottle of milk around for me and checked with me twice more to make sure I had everything I needed. Fabulous accommodation, very nice host. Five star plus recommendations.
