Pros: The location is nice and central. You are right in the mall and a short drive to places including restaurants and more shopping. There is adequate parking in the basement. The apartment itself is spacious with nice views of the city. Easy check-in and check out process and easily responsive management company. Cons: The apartment had a peculiar odor, which may be related to improper bathroom drainage or something else. that was a big turn-off as we entered the apartment. The kitchen was dirty, especially the sink, microwave, and fridge. microwave had old food stains, and it was not cleaned and sanitized properly. One of the toilets in the bathroom malfunctioned. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, etc, as they dilute their supplies by putting water in shampoo and soap dispenser. Luckily, there is an extra half bathroom that guests can use. Overall, unit 1126 was not maintained properly. It was over priced. we will stay elsewhere in future.

The check-in was very smooth. The coordination from owner was very quick and supportive. The place was clean. Over-all stay was very comfortable. This place has mall in the same building with some very nice cafe's for breakfast and coffee. Highly recommended for stay.
