The directions were not specific and it took numerous calls to locate the townhouse. Upon arrival, the front door screens were totally busted out. The bathroom had a loose drainage cover making it unsafe for our children. No towels were visible. There was no wi-Fi. The outside door to the backyard was lodged into the washing machine and also had all screens torn. The so called backyard with pool as listed was a small patio with a functioning washer and dryer and a discarded washer and dryer. The listing indicated a backyard pool. There was No backyard nor a backyard pool. The kitchen had no pots and pans so we could not prepare any meals. Due to the lateness of our arrival and the high volume of tourists for Semana Santa we had no other option but to stay. We were thoroughly disappointed having paid over a thousand dollars for four nights. This was our first Air B&B and suffice to say our last.
