We spent a lovely fall weekend at Lauren's home. Everything was perfect. The location was great, 5 minutes from downtown Greenport and near tons of wineries and farms. We loved the North Fork. One day we took the ferry across to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor and it was super easy and quick. Back at home, we spent hours sitting outside on the beach watching the waves come in and the boats drive by. The kayaks were great and so much fun to have to explore on the water. Inside the home was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The home is very clean and updated throughout. Thank you Lauren for a wonderful Long Island experience.

What is not to love! Incredible location with direct waterfront access in the front and backyard. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown but quietly tucked away on a little peninsula of beach houses. The photos were gorgeous and yet the home exceeded our expectations. Absolutely perfect down to the smallest details. Easy check in, friendly neighbors, clean & comfortable, & the location is incredible. Left us feeling inspired and well rested! We already can’t wait to book our next stay!

This is a great beach cottage, especially for a couple or small family. It is well equipped and even has some amenities that aren't currently listed: a gas grill, a dryer, an outdoor shower. A tea kettle and a fan on the sleeping porch would be great additions. We loved kayaking right off the beach each morning. This is not an appropriate place to bring a party tho: neighbors are very close and the atmosphere is more family friendly than party central. Lauren is a very responsive host, usually getting back to me within minutes. We will definitely book this again.
