Wow! Just wow! We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and none have compared with this apartment. We loved it since the minute we walked in the door. The Fire Station across the road is not noisy - we did not hear the siren go off even once during the night once during our 2 month stay. It was nice to sit and watch the firefighters training at times. There was no noise at all from other residents. The place is exactly as described and every piece of kitchen equipment you could ever need is provided. And there is a Roomba! It was great for a long stay but we would feel the same for a shorter stay. Mikiko responded to any questions within a few minutes. Amazon delivery is possible to the apartment which was a great help over Christmas. I just can’t find enough words to say how much we have enjoyed our time here. Our grandkids could visit for a few hours and the park is just outside the building entrance and it’s all safe and very walkable.

Mikiko is a fantastic host, and her place is incredible. It's spotless, smells great, and is completely furnished with everything our family needed for our one-month temporary stay before we found a permanent address. This was our family's first time in the United States, and Mikiko went above and beyond to help us check into the apartment quickly. She made our day, and we felt incredibly welcome. My wife and daughter fell in love with the place as soon as they walked in, and they called Vietnam to tell everyone about it. Mikiko was also very responsive throughout our stay. She quickly answered all of our questions, and the longer we stayed, the more we loved the place.

Mikiko was such a wonderful, thoughtful and generous host. We absolutely loved staying at her flat. She’s super responsive and her home is incredibly well stocked - you literally feel right at home as you don’t need anything whilst there. The flat is also well connected to many freeways and the parking space and complex amenities were awesome. We look forward to staying at her place should we need a place again in Milpitas! Would highly and absolutely recommend this flat and host to anyone in search of an excellent 5 star stay!

We were Mikiko’s first guests!! And boy were we blown away!!! Mikiko was super responsive and the checkin was really easy, she even made it available a little early for us! We met with her, such a kind wonderful lady :) We loved the location from the get-go, since we cook at home a lot so we took advantage of the Indian grocery store(walkable), Trader Joe’s and sprouts which were so close by! The place was super clean and cozy, we felt right as home! Mikiko was so thoughtful and had covered every little detail in her house manual and this didn’t seem like her first time hosting at all.. The kitchen had coffee and ALL the cutlery and pots pans we needed.. also a bonus is the view from the patio.. The house is overlooking a fire station so it gets a little noisy in the mornings.. The gym was a little outdated since it’s an older community. But Overall 100% satisfied with our stay !! I cannot say this enough, Mikiko is an outstanding host! :) highly recommend!! We will miss this place!
