Outdoor pet friendly. The house is cleverly built to make the most of the Northerly aspect and stunning views. Windows can be opened to embrace the cool ocean breeze on hotter days while a wood fire brings warmth against a brisk Nor'Easterly. Polished wooden floorboards, floor to ceiling windows and large, covered outdoor decks on both sides for easy entertaining, no matter the weather. The backyard also has a large contained fire pit. Wood for both fireplaces is supplied.

We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place. We were two couples - the house was spacious and we were able to have our own privacy. The back deck is a great place to relax and it is not far to walk to the beach or in to town. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Merimbula to explore the surrounding areas.
A fantastic spot to spend a relaxing few days. We made use of both front & back decks with a few walks to the beach thrown in. The house and yard are exceptional well presented. The secure backyard made it very easy with our 2 dogs. The fact that we didn't need to contact Jack during our stay is testament to the work Jack puts in preparing the property for his guests. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Merimbula.

Jack was wonderful, apart from a bit of a delay in the place being totally ready,our experience was good,the place was fantastic
The house was great. The interiors were comfortable and in great condition. The back deck/yard was a perfect summer area for a large group. Jack's communication made everything easy. Cheers!

This cleverly built weatherboard house is situated on one of the premiere streets on the sought after Northern point of Merimbula. Every direction has a view. Set on a quiet street this house enjoys minimal traffic noise with the occasional plane overhead. The neighbours are friendly and are used to this house being holiday let but we ask that you keep outside and deck noise to a minimum past 10pm.
