You can make the most of this tranquil and peaceful unit. With its convenient location, the property offers easy access to main roads, 5-10 mins away from public beaches and eateries (local food) and restaurants. We have a convenient store just in front of the unit for snacks and cold drinks! Public beaches: Felmida beaches San Miguel beaches (Assistance with transport upon request) 20-25min drive to LIWLIWA Beach San Felipe. * We provide bath & hand towels, slippers & basic toiletries. Airconditioned room Free Wi-Fi with good connection (Normal speed is 100mbps at night and 50mbps during daytime, fast enough if you are looking to work from home in our area). *Kindly note that Additional P300/head/day applied for extra person. We will provide extra bed, sheets and extra towels and basic toiletries for the extra guests. Maximum of 4 persons per room. Do let us know if you prefer double deck beddings for your stay. We will arrange whichever best suits your preference if we can. We would love to make the BEST of your stay!

It’s very cozy especially their bed. The air condition system is strategically installed.
excellent budget friendly place. The room match the description and was spacious. the place was roughly 7 minutes tricycle drive to the beach. The place was clean and had 2 ceiling fans plus an window ac, kept the room comfortable. There is plenty of tricycle available going back and forth on that road that you can take to the beach, just ask around for the fair rate. the place is in a small town so there isn't anything to do there at night but for us it was perfect because we wanted peace and quiet. Host was very responsive and answer all of our questions quicky.

We enjoyed our stay at RM Woodside Rentals. Miss May was very responsive and accommodating. Super worth it.

2-3 mins walk from the main highway where Victory liner buses, jeepneys and SUVs are dropping their passangers. (Just tell the driver to dop you at the “Cabangan National High School” then walk to the first corner going to Purok 5 Santa Rita - we are located at the very end of the school campus with the signage “RM Woodside rentals” on the left side of the road.
3-5min drive to “Bayan” with food shops and stores (7 eleven, Cebuana, MLhuillier, drug stores)
5-10 mins to the the public beaches via drive or via tricycle (available everywhere)
20min drive to LiwLiwa beaches
15-20min drive to Iba, Zambales where you can find these establishments: ✅Jollibee
✅Savemore (SM groceries)
✅Shakey’s restaurant
✅Malls,
✅Mercury drug store
✅Hospitals
