The apartment was exactly as described - in an outstanding location with beautiful views over the lake and on to the mountains and very conveniently located close to the train station with easy connections into Zurich and elsewhere. Deasun was in contact with me before the stay and provided very helpful guidance on how to get around, what to do and complete instructions for how everything worked in the apartment. Would highly recommend Deasun's apartment as a place to stay in (or close) to Zurich.

My wife and I had stayed in Deasun's apartment for one month during my business trip to Zurich. We had wonderful experiences. The apartment has a fantastic view over Lake Zurich (better than shown in the Airbnb photos); it has all you need to live comfortably like home. The location is so convenient when traveling to Zurich (in 20 minutes) and other places in Switzerland. As to Deasun, he is a decent and straight-forward host. He is very helpful, responds quicky to my questions and keeps the apartment in a very clean and comfortable condition. I will strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to stay in the great Zurich area.

We stayed in this apartment for a little longer than a month. very nice apartment, fabulous fully stocked kitchen. Incredible view over the lake. Nice and clean, cleaning lady comes every week. Comfortable bed. Nice, clean, nonsmoking building. Close to the public transportation. Highly recommend for a long term stay. It is a bit noisy in the evenings when freight trains go buy. Now I would like to say few things about the owner. I did not get to meet him when we took over the apartment, my husband did.Was not very helpful when package with the keys got misplaced at my husbands office. Luckily the key were found. Upon entrance in to the apartment we found explicit instructions for everything, internet, TV etc. As well as several pages in very small print check list which we were required to go through and count every single item in the apartment and report what is missing. We found it to be a little strange. My husband had no time to deal with and I simply could not read the small print. So we skipped this procedure knowing that we are not planning to steel any of his things. Yesterday we had an apartment handover. Deasun came in and started to go over the list with my husband, checking for everything. But of course we left the place in immaculate condition. I did not want to be in the way so I set on the sofa. Deasun got really mad at me. He sad that he EXPECTED that I don't just come and sit on the sofa playing with my phone, but will interact and go over everything with him. That in Switzerland people trust each other and that he trusts us, if we say that everything is in place. The why go over everything for an hour? He even went down stairs to check if the keys are working. I simply told him that he can't just expect something of me without telling me what he expects first. He got really offended, raised his voice, said I made inappropriate remark, he will not stand for it. He is that we are guests and from a different country and don't understand the "Swiss way... "That this is his apartment and we are in his home and I should have asked him what he expects of me... and not the other way around. In other words it was allot of crazy BS. I felt honestly offended, he was talking to me like I was 5 y.o. child, scolding me for being bad. Very disrespectful. I can honestly recommend this apartment, but refrain from meeting with the owner whenever possible.

Had a excellent stay in Deasun's apartment in Oberrieden, and felt very at home there. The neighbors were very warm and friendly to us as well, which helped us feel welcome. The apartment itself is quite well out-fitted. For instance, I appreciated having a computer power cable with the correct plug available, when I misplaced my adapter for a week or so. The apartment is conveniently located near the train station, but of course that means that you do also hear train and road traffic. We really enjoyed the incredible view from the apartment out over the Lake, and down to the mountains.
