Greystones is a coastal resort on Ireland's East coast, south of Dublin City, sandwiched between the Irish Sea and the Wicklow mountains. The streets of this quaint award-winning village (The International Awards for Livable Communities Winner(LiveCom) 2021) are filled with many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and pubs and only a 45-minute DART ride to Dublin City or a 30-minute drive. However, you don't have to leave the town to enjoy blue-flag beaches, coastal walks, boat trips, movies and yoga on the beach, great dining, and a host of sports including golf (Druids Glen), tennis, sea swimming, rugby, hurling, Gaelic football.

Greystones is a walkable town and easy to get around. The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit), is a two minute walk from the house. Buses are also accessible a couple of minutes from the house. The Aircoach to and from the airport will drop and collect you from the end of the road. There is free parking in the driveway for up to four cars.
