Summer is our favorite season in this gorgeous lake front home on a dead-end, dirt road. Plenty of privacy and space, both indoors and out. 3 slip dock (owner's boat occupies the covered slip) is great for swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, SUP, fishing (40 ft deep off the end of the dock!), and anything else you can do at the lake! If the beach is your thing, Washington County Beach is just a short ride down County Route 6B, where you'll also find tennis and basketball courts. Hulett's Landing Golf Course is the perfect place to get your 9 holes in before it's time to get on the water, and The Soda Fountain at Hulett's Landing has sweet treats for everyone in the evenings! Hulett's Landing Marina has grocery items, as well as a gift shop to bring home some memories from the lake! The Hulett's Library has books for borrowing and artwork for viewing, and church is in session throughout the summer.
In Fall, leaf peeping is everywhere and the mountain biking is AWESOME! (Slate Valley Trails 35m, Gurney Lane Rec Park 55m, Killington Bike Park 1hr)
Winter visits call for skiing (Killington/Pico 1hr, Okemo 1hr 15m, West Mountain 50m), show shoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing and snow mobiling!
And Spring brings out the blooms!
Property is available for Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. It's also the perfect setting for your Fall wedding. Please message to discuss.

Walking and biking is very easy on Route 6B. Golf carts are welcome. (Dirt road, so maybe don't bring the racing bike.)
