Dawn’s Guest House is just perfect. It is a jewel! I believe it will become very popular very quickly, especially with repeat guests. The pictures do not reflect how roomy the space really is; lots of room. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sitting area. Just can’t say enough good about this place. Thanks Dawn for allowing me to stay in your Guest House.

Super nice and very responsive for any questions I had. House was full stocked with everything you need to cook feel at home. Felt like having my own house!!!

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Apartment is larger than It appears in the pictures. Enjoyed my stay.
