Situated in a tranquil area surrounded by fabulous wine producers, villages, supermarket and restaurants at walking distance The villa is situated in Calosso, a small historic municipality between Asti and Alba. The villa is decorated and finished in Libertà/Art Nouveau style, with original floors and a big living room with a beautifully painted ceiling (frescos). The rooms are spacious with more than 3m height from floor to ceiling. Entering the front door, you will find the main living room with sofas, a fireplace and TV (Apple TV and Netflix) for cozy relaxation and view to the vineyard. On the other side of the entrance there is a bedroom with double bed and an associated bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a large kitchen in the original barn part of the building. Behind the kitchen there is an additional large storage/utility room with washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen there is access to the outside flower garden for a breakfast, lunch or evening BBQ (gas) with a view. Straight upstairs from the main entrance there is the master bedroom including a fireplace and an ensuite modern bathroom. The master bedroom is overlooking the swimming pool and the vineyards. There is another large double bed bedroom with the same view at the other site of the building. This bedroom shares the bathroom with a newly renovated apartment/loft on top of the old barn part.
