Read very carefully the fine print and look for costs hidden under “house rules” (final bill is provided 3 weeks after checkout, and it’ll be higher than the Airbnb one). Also note that there is only one shower for all 5 rooms (and hot water comes from an electrically heated balloon, knowing that you are charged for electricity consumption on top of room charge and cleaning fees). The cabin offers no linens or towels (it’s mentioned). The communication by Novosol was bad: they gave us a number for a local “focal person” in Norway who never picked up our 6-8 calls. We had to call Novosol’s emergency # to get a reaction. Cabin is hard to find: it’s 2-3km off the main road (where GPS will stop), on a rural road (which has charm, so that’s a plus): on the cabin, look for D5 (the 191 number is not indicated on the cabin itself). It’s sad that it’s badly managed, because otherwise the place is nice : - Isolated/remote location in mountains - spacious, solid quality cabin, well equipped.
