Drive your boat (or rental) to the dock, launch once and keep docked when not in use. Keep your car parked there or drive back to the house and walk (or perhaps ride a golf cart) back and forth to the dock throughout your stay. The home sits on 2/3 of an acre with a one car garage so plenty of space for your lake toys, golf cart, etc. The inside is cozy with a ventless gas fireplace (operational from Oct-April) and an open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The projector and sound bar make for a unique viewing experience. The back covered and screened porch has a 6 person hot tub, TV and ceiling fan.
