We stayed in this beautiful home from July thru November and it was a lifesaver! We moved to Colorado with our two toddlers and desperately needed a place to stay while we sold our previous home and shopped for a new one. This house truly felt like home to us, our kids were comfortable and the neighborhood is incredible. (We actually had hoped to find a home in the same area but nothing went on the market) Mel was always so quick to respond and easy to work with. Very accommodating and understanding. We HIGHLY recommend staying in this lovely home if you are coming to the Fruita area.

We had a wonderful one month stay at this lovely home. Mel was very accommodating to our additional needs which made our mid move stay less stressful. The home is spacious, clean, has a great backyard and patio area and had everything we needed. Our only regret is that we didn’t rent it for two months!
