Very nice and clean private unit, Newsha is kind and easy going and responsible and always is accessible. I do back to here again.

Our stay with Newsha was quite enjoyable in the upscale suburban neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive and approachable. It was great finding a place with the garage in order to store our items during our relocation up to Alaska so that we felt secure that we could explore Vancouver for our 3 night stay without worrying about any possibility of losses. Her space is a remodel basement that she told us she did herself, and she did an amazing job. The shower itself is beautiful in particular. We would say the only two faults are that because it is a redone basement you do hear noise from upstairs as there is no soundproofing. However, her family does not stay up at night and so that really isn’t an issue. The other is that while it does have a washer and dryer, she does charge $20 per use which is not in the airbnb house rules and seems quite excessive so while we would’ve loved to do laundry, we opted to hold off on utilizing them. Still it was a great place to stay.
