Absolutely beautiful house. Great yard, peaceful and great for activities. David gave easy and accurate instructions, making the process to get into house and checking out simple. I highly recommend booking this house.

The home was just extraordinary - in a beautiful setting and perfect for our getaway to Charlotte. David was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and proactive. The home was very clean, well appointed and had wonderful amenities. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous screened-in porch and its beautiful views. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to stay on Lake Norman to take David up on his hospitality!

David was a fantastic host. We had clear instructions, the house was immaculate, the location was beautiful with the lake front, doc and all the water toys you could imagine. He even has a private boat launch so we were able to rent a boat and drop it right in at our house. He was quick to respond with questions and so accommodating. We had a large storm hit the area our last day we lost power and water and he offered to put us up in a hotel that he paid for so we would have showers and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again. He treated us like family. He is like a friend I never new I had but I definitely needed.

This was my first Airbnb where I was the first to show up and prepare for my wife to follow. David was great with communicating clear instructions and the place is immaculate from corner to corner - WOW! I even figured out how to find “my shows” on YouTube TV!
