The property features modern amenities like 1GB wifi, smart tvs in every room, stainless appliances, and on demand hot water that never runs out. Relax in peace and quiet while only being a few minutes away from the action

We had a wonderful stay at Hajar’s space! Originally we had another Airbnb booked, but upon arriving the house was uncleaned and the host was difficult to reach. We reached out to Hajar and she immediately responded, letting us know that she could have her space available for us within the hour. Her responsiveness was incredibly appreciated, and the location was perfect. There were 8 girls in our group, and everyone commented on how great the space was. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and it was only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Hajar went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. We would absolutely return on our next trip to Austin :)

The neighborhood is extremely convenient. Not only are you just a few minutes to downtown Austin, you have 10 restaurants within a quick walk including one of Austin oldest and best Vietnamese / Thai restaurants. A coffee shop, beer, and wine are also available just a quick walk from the property. Because of the proximity to downtown and the neighborhood amenities, skipping a rental car for your trip is a real option

From the property you can easily bike or scooter to lady bird or downtown. This opens up paddle boarding, the Roy Butler hike and Bike trail, and many other outdoor recreation options all without a car.
Besides your 2 off street parking spots, parking is very accessible and always available on the adjacent street for small, large, and very large vehicles
