This contemporary and cozy loft is the perfect spot to spend your holidays in Chania city! It is located in a beautiful and lively neighborhood: Dikastiria, where all you need can be found within 10 minutes by walk: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants. As it is backward from the main road, the loft is a very quiet place to stay. It has its private entrance and patio with awning where you can relax and take your breakfast in peace. It has 2 bedrooms and can host up to 6 people. The loft has two bedrooms and can host up to 6 people, thanks to a convertible sofa in the "second" living-room area, where a TV can be found. This modern loft offers the maximum coziness to the guests. The large and fully-equipped kitchen is open on the living-room and the bathroom has just been renovated in February 2023. There you will enjoy the minimalist and contemporary style and the deco made with taste by the owners. The loft has A/C and free Wi-Fi. The space: This loft is 135 square meters and it consists in a large and fully equipped kitchen open on a first living room with cozy sofa. There is a second living room with TV and sofa -which turns into sofa bed. The two bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed and large cupboard.

The space was really nice. Spacious, quiet, and clean.
Eine schöne und moderne Wohnung in einem Wohnviertel abseits aller Touris. Das Meer, die Restaurants und die Altstadt sind fussläufig super zu erreichen. Die Bäckerei in der Nähe war einfach nur fantastisch und jeden Tag einen Besuch wert. Ich kann auch das Archäologische Museum empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The loft is spacious, with minimal aesthetics and felt like home right away. Modern kitchen appliances and a well equipped kitchen were useful for our family. The place is very quiet and yet located at a central point, near the Dikastiria square, a beautiful and lively neighborhood. The house was very clean. Antonis is a friendly host who personally welcomed us and he was very responsive to communicate with. The hosts also left us some toys for our little babies and they provided us a baby bath, such a nice gesture! Overall a great experience and we highly recommend it, especially for families!

Dikastiria is a very nice and alive, but at the same time quiet district of Chania city.
It has all you need in a very short walking distance (5-10 minutes): restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, butchery, bakery, pharmacy, hospital/clinic...etc.
Moreover, the old town and harbor of Chania are very easily reachable by walking (15-20 minutes).
On your way to Old town - along the sea - you will find the district of Koum Kapi which is full of cafés and restaurants next to the sea, where local & tourists can enjoy drinks and food.
The main bus station of the city is reachable by walk: around 20 minutes. From there, you can find bus to the others cities of the island: Rethymno, Iraklio...etc. and to the famous beaches: Elafonisi, Balos.
Dikastiria district is also very well served by public transport as many bus lines stops are located at 5 minutes by walk from the loft:
- The bus line to Chania airport (the ride is about 20 minutes): bus stop " Cinema Attikon" is 5 minutes by walk from the apartment
-Bus line n°20 (with a stop at 8 minutes walk from apartment) takes you to Chania main bus station if you don't want to walk.

You can find easy parking in the street, it is free.
