The full unit and everything in it is for your exclusive use during your stay. Note that this house is a duplex consisting of 3 levels. The top two are a completely separate unit from the bottom floor, which you are renting. Please note that guests may park no more than 3 cars on the premises in order to ensure enough parking for everyone. If you have a very large group, inquire about booking all 3 levels which would sleep a total of 20.
