Our family had a wonderful stay! John was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive, and helpful. John went out of his way to ensure we had everything needed for our stay with the kiddos. The property was incredible, it was spotless and practically brand new. Seemed like a very safe neighbourhood, with lots of friendly neighbours around. The bungalow style was very convenient for strollers and little ones, easily parking two cars. We had two couples in the space and worked well - very spacious with two large washrooms, allowing for privacy and separate spaces. Would be a perfect location for a single family with two kids or more. Very functional and convenient layout, great to have washer/dryer on the same floor. Nice deck out back and perfect for star watching on clear nights. Convenient location, just off the bridge, close to many amazing beaches, trails, coffee shops, lobster and seafood restaurants and all the fun thing Summerside and PEI has to offer. Highly recommended!

we are a family of five, two kids and one senior. We stayed at John's place for about a week. My kids fell in love with the house right away. we had a great experience at the house. Strongly recommended! John is quick to respond to us. We had the similar door code at home so access is pretty the same. John offered us early access to the house since we said we might arrive early. we asked him to recommend lobster roll restaurant. His recommendations are great. we love Richard's at victoria. We've been there several times. the check out is pretty easy too. John is great host. the house looks exactly like in the photo. the rooms are clean and spacious. the beds are comfy. we bring our own kettle and pans but we didn't use it at all. it has everything you need if you love to cook your own meals. it closes to KFC, subway and supermarket. very convenient to grab something to eat if you come home late from the beach. Love the place!!

John is great! Quick response to any question. Place is brand new. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. The fourth bed is a pull out couch. Good size, but unfortunately not comfortable (relative to experience with other pull out couches).

We had the perfect week. The duplex is splendid and the host was taking news on a daily basis. The best AirBnB we have ever rented thus far! Thanks John!
