Both have comfortable mattresses, high-end linens (OEKO-TEX certified towels and sheets), desert-inspired decor, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. The charming primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress, a 48” flat-screen TV, a small dresser in the closet, and locally inspired artwork. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, bright artwork, a spacious closet to unpack your belongings, and a window that looks out over the property. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ The condo’s single full bathroom is bright and airy and provides plenty of room for two people to move in and out. Start your day with a long shower with great water pressure or end it with a relaxing soak in the tub. The bathroom is complete with a mirrored vanity with plenty of storage space and plush towels. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The main living area is a great place to entertain or relax. The charming, elevated decor and hand-selected artwork provide a lovely atmosphere, which is made even more inviting when the room fills with sunlight during the afternoons. Sink into the oversized couch and watch your favorite shows on the 65" LG OLED TV, binge your favorite shows on the free YouTube TV channel, or turn off the TV and enjoy a game night or some quality conversation. High ceilings, large windows, a plush carpeting, and a classic wood-burning fireplace complete the spacious living area and make it a warm and welcoming place to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to make meals for your hungry group. Brew coffee in the coffee maker each morning and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the stove to cook up a healthy breakfast. This open-concept kitchen features custom cabinets, LG black stainless steel appliances, expansive granite countertops, and drawers stocked with kitchen gadgets. Brandon's place was comfortable and attractive. It is well stocked with basic supplies and provided all the comforts of home as all appliances, including washer and dryer are top notch. Brandon communicated clearly, answering our questions promptly on a couple of occasions. The key code system was very straightforward to use. Entry to the lovely pool and large hot tub was simple.
We were lucky to find this place available for our holiday. A newer place with lots of new amenities. Great location in a high end neighbourhood with lots of shopping nearby and neighbour to the beautiful DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun Museum. Many mountain desert trails minutes from the condo. Saw roadrunner and avelina in the parking lot. Hummingbirds fly around the nice heated pool and hot tub. Would not hesitate to come back and make this our home base in Tucson again.
The property is located in one of the nicer locations of Tucson. That it’s near world-class resorts attracting the rich and the famous is testament to it’s ideal location. It’s to the north outside city limits, close to good restaurants/bars, and near hiking trails. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building. Nearby homes cater mostly to snow birds and retirees. This is a quiet location. The property includes access to a community gas grill, heated pool and jacuzzi, and a small gym with cardio equipment. Those seeking a more robust gym can visit the nearby Anytime Fitness for a month-long membership. The home is curated by an owner who clearly has stayed at many AirB&B properties and knows what makes a good rental property. The kitchen, for example, is very well equipped. Other fine details include child-proof outlets, strong internet, YouTubeTV, cozy beds, and ample storage space. Brandon is very responsive. A helpful owner! The property comes highly recommended.

It's also conveniently located near several major hospitals for travel nurses including Banner, Tucson Medical Center, and Northwest Medical Center. My 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo currently has all 5 star ratings and features a modern bohemian style with hand-selected artwork adding a soothing touch to every room. The living room is cozy and perfect for watching movies and listening to music on the high-end Bluetooth speaker. There is a large TV for your entertainment with free access to YouTube TV. The unit features high-end LG and SMEG appliances, and all appliances are full-size. You're welcome to make a smoothie using the Vitamix blender before your hike. Or make breakfast, lunch or dinner with the fully equipped kitchen with ScanPan pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
