The home itself was lovely! The place was spotless and everything tastefully designed and in good working order. Lots of amenities, including a business office and full laundry room. The neighborhood, however, did not reflect the quality and care of Rosie's home. We saw several homeless folks walking down our street, the traffic noise was significant and the neighbor dogs barked incessantly, especially when we tried to use the back yard. Overall, I would recommend this home for family/group gatherings where the majority of activities are inside the house or off-site. Would not recommend for anyone wanting to use the back yard to relax, or anyone without transportation (i.e.: it does not feel safe to walk the neighborhood and is not convenient to walk to stores, etc.)

Excellent host, Excellent home! This house was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The location is great to experience the Dallas atmosphere. An extra bonus to this home for having comfortable beds and linens in every room! Great stay, I’ll book here again when I’m back in the area. Thank you Rosie for being an amazing host!

House was spotless and very nice. Spacious and perfect for a get together with a large group of friends. However, the neighborhood is pretty rough and not everyone might be comfortable staying there. I understand they are trying to uplift the area but as it stands today in April of 2024 the spot is still a run down area.
