Overall, was a great stay. The apartment is very large and in a decent neighborhood with plenty of services like laundry, fruit stands, and coffee shop on the corner. The house was a little dirty but the owner came to clean again once requested. The communication was great and much appreciated. The owner went above and beyond to fix all of the issues that came up. The only thing to be aware is that the house openly connects to the property below and you can hear everything. The below neighbors are very quiet and respectful but you can still hear the toilet flush. The internet was strong for the entire month. The king bed was comfortable. The terrace was nice to get some sun and have my coffee in the morning.
