The house should be better indicated and have the number placed in the house. The studio is very cold, the toilet even colder, and the heater of the house doesn’t work properly so we had to turn the oven on to warm the house up in a few occasions. The cooker, oven and shower didn’t work in a few occasions so it wasn’t nice as we couldn’t eat a few times we wanted to and had to get delivery. I had to clean the dishes again as they were dirty and it was very unpleasant. There is no extractor hood and no lights in the cooker. The TV is limited but it’s big and the location of the TV isn’t very convinient. I had an emergency so I had to leave quite early and cleaned up everything except 2 dishes and I told the owner about this. I got an automatic reply and now, that’s it’s a week later they ask me through the app for 25£ for leaving 2 dishes dirty as I was in a rush. I see this behavior horrible from the side of the owner and it’s the first time I have this probem in Airbnb. Not happy

This was a lovely place to stay. We have previously only had full cottages as we have had the kids with us but fit just the 2 of us the studio apartment was just fine. My only criticism was the access in the first evening. After entering the code given, you need first to pull the door sharply, even more firmly closing it before then pushing forward to open it. Not in the instructions, unfortunately. As we were later than expected getting to the apartment this meant waking the Host to try to resolve this and get us in. Emelye was great about it and has promised to put this into the joining instructions. Definitely happy to stay at Stable Mews again.

We had a lovely time! The space was cute, perfect and clean. It is close to a shop for necessities, a great coffee shop, and the Kings Arms pub. We hope to visit again.

Emelye was very responsive to questions we had. Place was clean, had plenty of bathroom products, some essential kitchen items etc. Overall was very good value for money.
