Pros: Responsive host - they gave us an hour check out extension in compensation for the late check in Accommodating caretaker - shoutout to Mabelle Location is at the heart of Makati - accessible to CBD, Poblacion and other establishments Cons: Poor coordination: the endorsement to the admin was only made on the day itself. We have booked this a week ahead. It’s was a non-working holiday in PH so no one in the Admin to accommo The caretaker has zero knowledge that we are booked. She had to clean the place last-minute. Our check in is at 3PM, the caretaker had to clean the place at 3PM too Kitchen utensils had to be replaced. Some of then has stains and a bit rusty. Not safe for use. Electric kettle wasn’t working. The caretaker had to replace it on the 3rd day. AC had water leak. The host said he will send a maintenance personnel. The guy just only took photos of the AC and never came back. The walls had little holes as if it had been punched by previous guests, this need to be fixed

The place is the same as advertised! The host are very accommodating to all our request and responsive. My mom and dad really get a good rest. Worth the price and will come back soon 🙏🏻❤️

The place was easy to locate and host was responsive. But it was surprising that the place hasn't been cleaned yet. There were even trash that was left in the unit.
