Good place, good location, good hosts, lovely reception. Not worth the money unless you're desperate for a pool or it's not expensive for you. Pool is shared with the hotel so quite busy at times. We stayed 1 month and the pool was closed for 1-2 weeks(we chose this place specifically for the pool), and we had no internet for 1 week. Building has constant problems. There is loud major construction work right outside that starts ~7am every single day of the week. No spare bedding or towels, no drying rack for dishes or towels to dry. Knife is terrible, a literal piece of tin can. Easily improvable though. Other than that the place is small but cute, has everything you need, and is close to big supermarkets (12min walk to d-mart) and ~20 minute walk to the center. There is also a small supermarket across the road.

Casey was a superb host, attentive and followed up rapidly, especially since I was only a two night stay. The location is central about 10 minute walk to the boutique restaurants and bar area, I would stay again.

This is a fabulous, bright, clean and comfortable apartment with a calming view of the city and Mekong River. It is small but very well laid-out. It looks exactly like the pictures and the building has extremely pleasant and helpful security personnel. Good gym and pool and the location is walkable with several supermarkets nearby (one is directly across the street). I highly recommend. While this issue is completely outside the control of Casey, I will mention that there is major construction going on right below the window and that translates to 7-days a week starting at 6:30 am everyday until 6pm. However, several nights each week they worked past 8/9 pm in the dark! When closed the sliding glass door mutes the sounds well enough but if you are a light sleeper like me it can be distracting. Having shared this I still recommend Casey's place 100%.
